The Indiana Health Industry Forum (IHIF) is seeking sponsors for programs planned for 2012 and 2013. We would like to ask for your support. In return, we offer a number of benefits designed to highlight your company’s participation to our members and the industry at large.
IHIF Annual Meeting March 2013 - IHIF is anticipating an audience of 100 -150 people each for the conference and reception. Exhibitors are welcome. This year's program will include an opening reception, VIP Dinner for speakers, sponsors, and IHIF Board Members, plus a technology showcase of some of Indiana's newest and leading technologies available for license. Additionally, the program will include a student poster session (project with PLTW), Life Science Entrepreneur of the Year Award, two high level keynote speakers, the presentation of the IHIF annual report for 2012, and feature breakout sessions on national and state policy challenges facing our industry. Exhibit Tables - $500 - Provided: One (1) 8’ table, skirted (white), electric available upon request. Exhibitors may substitute their own exhibit booths (limit 9' x9') in lieu of the table. Table number and placement will be assigned at exhibitor check in.
Includes: 2 complimentary conference passes (only available to individual exhibitors, not included as part of sponsor packages)

BIO 2013 - April 23-25 - Chicago, IL
IHIF is the Indiana affiliate of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) and for the first time, has purchased exhibition space at BIO’s annual convention which will be held in June in Boston, MA. Complementing the exhibits of the state and other Indiana companies, IHIF will promote our members and Indiana’s life science companies, technologies, talent, and the network that brings them all together. Published each spring, IHIF and the Indianapolis Business Journal collaborate on the production of the annual BioFutures Magazine. This year, BioFutures will be coordinated with IHIF's presence at BIO 2012, increasing the magazine's distribution to a broader national and international audience.
